Both streams run 2 years across 4 semesters and prepare you for DGCA modular examinations.

AME MECHANICAL

Aeroplane Turbines & Aeroplane Pistons

For the engineer who wants to own the airframe and the engine — structures, systems, gas turbines and piston powerplants. You certify that the machine itself is airworthy.

AME AVIONICS

For the engineer drawn to the aircraft's nervous system — electrical systems, instruments and radio navigation. You certify everything that senses, computes and communicates.

SECTION 02 / SYLLABUS

The Syllabus, Laid Out Like a Task Card

2 years, 4 semesters, following the DGCA CAR-66 module structure. Pass the institute's semester exams along with the DGCA modular examinations; a Certificate of Recognition is issued on completion.

Practical training is in-house and outsourced, and includes 360 hours of hands-on work in DGCA CAR-145 approved AMOs — Air India, GoAir, SpiceJet, Air Works India, Max MRO — for B1.1, B1.2 and B2 categories.
